The power of Youth Development

Today I had a priviledge to receive a special visit from one of our former members. Ms Aviwe Mbalula who was part of Southern Africa Youth Project from her teenage hood until she completed high school

She joined SayPro as a member of afternoon care program where she was doing drama, dance and poetry. Everyday at 15:00 she and the other young people who were part of our programs would come to our center in Diepsloot and Daveyton

Today we are so happy to note that she is at her second year at Tshwane University of Technology

We do not forget to recognize people that have played a major role in the growth of young people like Aviwe and those others

Indeed Southern Africa Youth Project has changed the way Aviwe and other young people think about themseves

We could not do this without the support of partners who made it possible for us to do this
