PURPOSE OF THE COURSE
This course is for students involved in project management teams or involved in building small project management teams. These projects may be technical, business projects or developmental projects and cut across a selection of commercial sectors. This course help students running their own business and have recognised the project administration forms an integral component of any business. Students obtaining this course be able to work alone and collaboratively with others, build relations, make positive contributions, interact with others and explain team dynamics. The qualifying student can Display an understanding of the conditions for working as a member of a team. Working alone and work in partnership with other team members. You are contributing to building relationships between team members and stakeholders. You are making a positive contribution to team coherence, image and spirit. You are respecting personal, ethical, religious and cultural differences to enhance interaction between team members.
Students accessing this course have proven competence against courses in project management practices or the equivalent of NQF.
