The Youth leadership President Ms Dineo Ramaoka is seen on the picture celebrating their victory as they have won an Annual Entrepreneurship Competition held at the Johannesburg’s Ticket Pro Dome.

The School Entrepreneurship Education in Africa is managed by Southern Africa Youth Project in partnership with its donors and governments. Every year we work with three high schools in the rural township communities of Africa in Limpopo, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West and Eastern Cape.

Southern Africa Youth Project began piloting the program with Rabasotho Combined School, Diepsloot Secondary School and Itirele Zenzele Secondary School.

Southern Africa Youth Project has seen the three schools results going up. Where they have shown exceptional achievements.

Southern Africa Youth Project staff works with the school principals, the district department of education, school governing bodies to ensure that all are informed and integrated into the planning.

We have worked with 60 learners in each school who have shown exceptional participation. In total 3 schools gave us 180 learners who started with the program from Grade 8 to Grade 11 over a period of 5 years.

Southern Africa Youth Project has seen an increase in a good attitude, improved participation and their concentration has grown exceptionally well.

Southern Africa Youth Project invites companies, governments and international partners to join us in increasing the entrepreneurship education in schools of South Africa.
